Richard W. Collins III Leadership with Honor Scholarship

Maryland Higher Education Commission annually awards the Richard W. Collins Leadership with Honor Scholarship to minority students who are part of ROTC programs at Maryland’s four HBCUs.

The Plant/Distribution System Operators Scholarship of $500 is to assist AWWA member operators of drinking water treatment or distribution systems. It’s awarded to four individuals pursuing water system courses.

The scholarship is awarded to an adult student in the Memphis area, pursuing an undergraduate degree in an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational or technical institution.

Rhode Island Foundation offers the United Italian American Inc. Scholarship to resident students who are attending or plan to attend a two- or four-year post-secondary institution in Rhode Island.

The University of Maryland Department of Art offers fully-funded Creative and Performing Arts Scholarships of up to $20,000 to eight undergraduate students including freshmen and eligible transfer students.

The $1,000 scholarship is offered to a student either enrolled in a two- or four-year degree related to the water operator profession or is currently a water or wastewater operator.

Project Impact Mississippi awards the LTC David L. Evans Excellence in Leadership Scholarship of $1,000 to undergraduate students at Jackson State University to complete their degree programs.

Project Impact Mississippi offers this scholarship to a university student in Mississippi pursuing a major in psychology, counseling, or related field. The scholarship focuses on mental health issues.

Project Impact Mississippi awards the Quoinsetta Franklin Physical Therapy Scholarship of $1,000 to an African American university student pursuing a degree in physical therapy in Mississippi.

The Sandra Cooper Nursing Scholarship, administered by Project Impact Mississippi, awards $1,000 to a Mississippi resident student enrolled in a junior college or university in the state of Mississippi.

Project Impact Mississippi awards the Willie & Margrett Bailey Memorial Scholarship of $1,000 to a high school senior in Mississippi enrolling in a junior college or university in Mississippi.

The Jeanne L. Hammond Memorial Scholarship offers one $1,500 scholarship to a female undergraduate student in Maine.

The Lemieux Lovejoy Youth Scholarship offers one $1,500 scholarship to a female high school senior.

E.B Miller Memorial Scholarship

E.B. Miller Memorial Scholarship is awarded to high school graduates and undergraduate students pursuing forestry and forest sciences at accredited post-secondary institutions in Ohio.

The scholarship provides assistance to students in Nevada who are about to age out of foster care or have previously aged out and wish to study at any higher institution.

The American Bar Association (ABA) annually offers the Legal Opportunity Scholarship to racial and ethnic minority undergraduate and graduate students pursuing law in the U.S. to complete their studies.

The SJWP International Competition recognizes a high school student aged 15 and older from any of the 40 participating countries, who has developed a project that solves a water-related issue.

The Barron Prize is a scholarship worth $10,000 awarded to young people across North America with inspiring service projects.

The Jack Kent Cooke Young Artist (JKCYA) Award is a $10,000 non-renewable, need-based grant awarded in connection with full participation in From the Top's Learning and Media Lab Fellowship.

The California State University Foundation awards two students the William and Janet Lahey Art Education and Visual Arts Scholarship of $10,000 each to pursue a graduate program in arts education.

The Ann Arnold Scholarship is an annual award of $5,000 to a junior, senior, or graduate student enrolled in a broadcast journalism program at a four-year institution in Texas.

AWWA New Jersey Section offers the Drinking Water Continuing Education Scholarship to a high school senior from New Jersey to pursue an undergraduate degree in water science, and engineering.

Brown and Caldwell offer the Minority Scholarship to undergraduate students from minorities enrolled in engineering or environmental sciences-related programs at accredited colleges or universities in the U.S.

The Connecticut Wealth Management, LLC offers its Connecticut Wealth Management Scholarship Program of $5,000 is awarded to one Black sophomore student in Connecticut to complete their undergraduate studies.

The Federal Circuit Bar Association offers its Federal Circuit Bar Association’s Scholarship to law students to further their education in the U.S.
