Scholarships for Undergraduates

The Community College Scholarship is awarded to two college students in Minnesota each, enrolled in technical or community college degree programs in the water industry, including water operations, science, engineering, etc.

UArk Leadership Scholarship

The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers awards one Gordon V.R. Holness Scholarship worth $10,000 for a bachelor’s or associate degree in an HVAC&R profession.

The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers awards two undergraduates the Willis H. Carrier Scholarship worth $10,000 each to complete their engineering degree with a focus on HVAC&R.

The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers awards three students the Reuben Trane Scholarships valued from $5,000 to $10,000 for their undergraduate studies in engineering.

The Lynn B. Bellenger Engineering Technology Scholars Program offers a $5,000- scholarship for undergraduate students.

New England Water Works Association offers this scholarship to undergraduate students in Maine to encourage and promote their pursuit of a career in Maine’s water and wastewater profession.

SMART Scholarship-for-Service Program

The SMART scholarship program for service awards 300 scholarships to students pursuing a degree in a STEM discipline.

The New Hampshire Charitable Foundation offers the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation Four-Year Scholarship of up to $7,500 to college students to further their education.

The program, administered by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, provides up to $5,000 to students planning to take the CPA examination and be CPA certified in Texas.

The New Hampshire Charitable Foundation offers the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation Two-Year Scholarship, ranging from $500 to $3,500 to college students to further their education, annually.

Oklahoma City Community Foundation, in partnership with ASHRAE, annually awards scholarships of up to $2,000 to graduate or undergraduate students enrolled in HVACR-related programs at Oklahoma colleges.

The Goldberg-Miller Public Finance Scholarship awards $20,000 to a student enrolled in a full-time master’s study preparing for a career in state and local government finance.

ARRL Foundation annually grants the Henry Broughton, K2AE, Memorial Scholarship to a New York-based amateur radio operator who is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in science and engineering.

The One AWWA Operator Scholarship is awarded to water operators pursuing an operator’s license or certification, a two- or four-year degree related to the water operator profession, or professional development.
